People ask me how I came up with the #asksethanything hashtag.

You may or may not have noticed I put it at the end of most of my posts, it’s my IG handle and I even have named a blog that I’ve been writing since 2015 with it.

#asksethanything is more of a philosophy than anything. People need help. They need guidance.

I often tell my clients, “I’m sure you’re terrific at what you do all day, but buying and selling homes isn’t one of them. That’s where I come in.”

You’re not supposed to be an expert at this. But I wanted to go further with my ability to help you.

I have spent countless hours getting designations, reading books, attending seminars/webinars in order to get as educated as i could for my clients.

Sure, there are things I still don’t know and anyone who excels at their field should have that mindset. We are always learning.

But the #asksethanything hashtag has always been and will always be a larger philosophy that you can always come to me with your problems and questions.

Here is just a sampling of what I’ve been asked in the last few months:

“Do you have a good life insurance person?”

“How does financing work?”

“Do I still need 20% down?”

“Do you know any good roofers?”

“How do I know where my property lines are?”

“Is flood insurance worthit?”

“Do you know a plumber who can come to my house tonight?”

“Is there any way to get around a home sale contingency?”

“Should I wait or not to take out a HELOC on my home?”

“How much value does a pool add to the value of my home?”

“What happens if my insurance company boots me?”

“How do I get rid of PMI?”

No need to Google it or take a shot in the dark using your neighbor’s advice.

Simply ask and if I don’t have the answer, I will get it for you. I’m your first call!
