Importance of Trust

This is serious folks. We are dealing with people’s homes. It’s one of the 6 pillars of humanity. (Others being water, food, etc.)

It’s not hard to get a real estate license in PA. It really isn’t.

That being the case, I’ve always taken this job super serious. When I interview new clients, I hear time and time again about incompetence and unforced errors that made them move on from their past agent.

Don’t get me wrong, there are tons of really skilled agents out there who are very good at their job. (They also do most of the business) 

My personal philosophy when I got into this business is that I would never take the chance of being one of the incompetent ones.
