If you’ve ever sat across the table from me when talking about real estate, you’ve likely heard me utter these words.
I’ll be honest, I love puzzles and wish I had more time (and patience) to do them. When I was a kid, I put together this one in a very short time. Did anyone else?
The funny thing is that a real estate transaction also takes time (and patience). There are lots of moving parts and the reason that over 95% of Americans use realtors when they go to buy and sell.
The truth is this is the best way I’ve come up with to allow my clients to conceptualize the process. You generally have two “buckets” to focus on:
- The financials
- The logistics
The financial bucket is important because without clarity on that, nothing else matters.
Gotta get clarity on the money part. If it’s a no-go, we set up a plan.
Lots of times, my clients are putting together a puzzle for several months before we get them into a home. The best part though is that we know it’s done right and getting you into a home safely is our main objective
The logistical part sometimes involves selling a home and finding one. Sometimes it’s just one and not the other.
No matter… getting clarity on our process called The Clear Skies Method will take you step by step so there’s very little confusion.
We deal a ton with upsizers who have to sell and then buy. In our consultations, we have questions to get you CRYSTAL Clear on what you want to have happen. This is so important!
