When in Doubt, Paint!

Big question I get regularly is “Seth, what can we do to make this place show better…”

It’s not a new one. And surprisingly, the answer isn’t either. 

Unpacking this comes down to logistics, affordability and return on investment (ROI). After all, if you spend $10,000 on something and you only get back $7500 you’ve effectively lost money right?

In comes the idea of painting since it is by far the most cost-effective improvement a homeowner can make before they list their home for sale. 

Why? Paint is cheap and you can do it yourself.

In all seriousness folks, when in doubt, PAINT! It makes such a difference!
